Nominations came in from co-workers, customers, and our Hospital Partner to share how Sonia’s remarkable energy and kindness touch so many lives with every interaction. Her team members note that Sonia has a 90-minute commute in New York traffic every morning, but always arrives filled with energy, and a contagious joyfulness for serving others. Even on the toughest days, guests leave the gift shop feeling uplifted and encouraged.
Lori’s management team flew to New York to present the Make Your Mark Award to Sonia. Senior VP of Operations, Jeff Gloor stated, “She typifies who we want to be as a company in her ability to leave lasting impressions on everyone she meets.”
